This document sets out all the rules and conditions that apply to opening an account, playing games, and conducting financial transactions on the 11bd platform. Please read it in full before using the platform.

  • "Account" — the personal profile registered by a user on the platform.
  • "Balance" — the total funds held in an account, including both real money and bonuses.

  • "Wagering Requirement" or "Betting Condition" — the obligation to place a specified total amount of bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Eligibility and Age Verification

Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on 11bd. Providing false information is considered a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password with anyone, or allowing any third party to use your account, is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change, you are required to update them in your account or notify the 11bd support team. The user is solely responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Only the following mobile banking methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on 11bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The same conditions apply to each method. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Deposit Amounts

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (by any method).
  • Deposited funds are generally added to your account instantly.
  • If there is a delay due to any technical issue, please contact the 11bd support team.

4.3 Withdrawal Amounts and Processing Time

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals will be sent only to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Verification Requirement: Before processing large withdrawals, 11bd may request documents to verify your identity. This is done to ensure the security of your account.

4.4 Ownership of Funds

Deposits and withdrawals will only be accepted to and from a mobile banking account registered in the name of the account holder. Use of a third party's account is strictly prohibited and may result in the transaction being cancelled and the account being suspended.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is offered on your first deposit at 11bd, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds must meet a 10x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in total bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is claimed.
  • Each bonus applies once only and cannot be transferred to another account.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, 11bd reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings obtained through it.
  • In any dispute relating to a bonus, the decision of 11bd management will be considered final.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

11bd is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on the platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game outcome is completely impartial and not predetermined.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. Additional restrictions may apply when betting with bonus funds.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game outcome becomes uncertain due to any technical error or server issue, the relevant round will be voided and the stake refunded. Any "erroneous win" resulting from a technical error will not be considered valid.

6.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting, all offered markets and odds are subject to change. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the relevant stake will be refunded. Settlement of bets under specific circumstances will be governed by 11bd's sports betting rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11bd platform and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

  • Any form of fraud, deceptive activity, or gaining an advantage through unlawful means.
  • Abusing the bonus system or claiming additional bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Using an account to facilitate money laundering or illegal fund flows.
  • Using bots, software tools, or automation to influence game outcomes.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
  • Conducting any form of cyber attack against the platform's systems or network.
  • Creating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
  • Acting in a coordinated manner against the platform or to harm other users.
Important: If a prohibited activity is identified, 11bd reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice, and to inform the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

The 11bd platform always strives to maintain a safe and reliable environment. However, 11bd is not liable for the following:

  • Any loss caused by an internet connection failure.
  • Damage to an account resulting from your own negligence or the actions of an unauthorised third party.
  • Legal complications relating to online gaming in the user's own area — full responsibility for this lies with the user.
  • Losses caused by unexpected technical failures or defects in third-party software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 11bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages.
